MISSION

  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of endogenous drugs and substances for the purposes of pharmaceutical, biomedical and biochemical research
  • Developing new analytical methods based on liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and gas chromatography techniques
  • The use of mass spectrometry as a method of detection and testing the chemical structure of analytes
  • Development and optimization of new methodological solutions in the field of sample preparation for chromatographic and electrophoretic analysis
  • Development and optimization of new methods for extracting analytes, including the use of ionic liquids and 3D printing
  • Study and assessment of metabolic stability of drug candidates
  • The use of 3D printing technology and other microfabrication techniques in pharmaceutical and biomedical analytics
  • The use of molecular modeling as a tool for describing the chemical structure of a drug
  • The use of chemometric techniques to analyze and interpret measurement data (analyte concentration, metabolic stability, lipophilicity, drug activity, etc.)
